By accessing or using the Vibekeys website (vibekeys.lol) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Vibekeys is a product operated by Eviralabs, the parent company and legal entity behind this website. All transactions, obligations, and legal responsibilities under these terms are those of Eviralabs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Vibekeys currently operates exclusively as a pre-order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet in stock and that fulfilment is subject to the production timeline outlined in our Shipping Policy. Expected dispatch is within 8 weeks of purchase. You are purchasing a commitment to receive the product upon completion of production, not an immediate delivery.
All orders placed through Vibekeys are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer self-serve order cancellations. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us at support@eviralabs.com. Cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Once your order has entered production or fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
If Vibekeys is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full 100% refund of the amount paid. This includes scenarios where the production run is cancelled in its entirety. In such an event, all affected customers will be refunded automatically within 7 business days of the cancellation decision. No customer will be left without either their product or their money.
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the product price only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the listed price.
We make every effort to accurately represent the product on our website. Minor variations in colour, finish, or specification between marketing materials and the final product may occur as a result of the manufacturing process. These minor variations do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the product is materially defective or substantially different from its description.
All content on this website — including but not limited to the Vibekeys name, logo, product design, copy, and visual assets — is the intellectual property of Vibekeys. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibekeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your purchase. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
