Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. If you would like to cancel your pre-order, simply email us at support@eviralabs.com before your order ships and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations: (1) you cancel your pre-order before it ships; (2) your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described; or (3) we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. In all cases, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@eviralabs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a brief description and photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement unit at no additional cost to you.
If Vibekeys is unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason — including manufacturing issues or cancellation of the production run — you will receive a 100% full refund automatically. We will notify all affected customers by email and process refunds within 7 business days.
Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, reach out to us at support@eviralabs.com.
All refund and cancellation requests are handled via email. Simply send a message to support@eviralabs.com with your order details and we will take care of the rest. We read every message and respond within 24 hours.
