Refund Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026. Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
All purchases made through Vibekeys are considered final at the time of transaction. Because we operate on a limited pre-order model with a fixed production run, we treat every order as a confirmed commitment. We do not offer self-serve cancellations. There is no cancel button — that is intentional.
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us directly at support@eviralabs.com before your order ships. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Once your order has entered the production or fulfilment phase, cancellation is no longer possible under any circumstances.
If Vibekeys is unable to fulfil your pre-order for any reason — including but not limited to manufacturing delays, supply chain failure, or the cancellation of the production run — you will receive a 100% full refund of your purchase price. No questions asked. This applies to every affected customer across the entire drop. We will notify all affected customers via email and process all refunds automatically within 7 business days.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement unit (subject to availability). You must contact us at support@eviralabs.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.
As a pre-order customer, you are protected under our fulfilment guarantee. If the production run is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, every customer who placed a pre-order will be refunded in full — 100% of the amount paid. We will not retain any portion of payments in the event of a failed drop. This is our commitment to you.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@eviralabs.com.
