Shipping Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026. All orders from the first drop are pre-orders shipping within 8 weeks.
Vibekeys operates as a pre-order. All orders placed during the first drop are expected to ship within 8 weeks of purchase. This timeline accounts for production, quality control, and fulfilment preparation. We will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 8 weeks of your purchase date, contact us at support@eviralabs.com and we will investigate immediately.
We take our 8-week timeline seriously. If production or fulfilment is delayed for any reason, we will communicate this proactively to all customers via email before the expected ship date passes. We will never leave you in the dark. If a delay is significant and you are no longer comfortable waiting, contact us and we will review your situation individually.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us at support@eviralabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after purchase, contact us at support@eviralabs.com as soon as possible. We can update your address provided your order has not yet shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect shipments.
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you and the package cannot be re-delivered, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
